(no subject)
John and I were talking the other day about how extremley boring it is around here (as you can probably imagine).
I've been here for what...2 years almost? and this place still hasn't grown on me.
I really hated it when we first moved down here, it's a little better now but to me nothing can beat New York.
ANY state can beat Delaware...well no...actually probably not..but its pretty low on the list.
So anyway, John and I were talking and we think we might try to move to New York.
Obviously it's not going to happen overnight but maybe within the next year or so.
I would love that, and I think he would too.
I'd be home! With my friends and actually have things to do!
I think he'd enjoy NY. It would probably take him a while to get used to it but I think he'd have a blast.
The only thing I'm worried about is jobs. Its so hard to get jobs up there. At least it was when I lived there, but then again I was like 15-16 trying to get a couple hours of work after school.
Now that I have more experience with working, and even some managing skills, it probably wouldn't be too hard.
And it would help a lot if John could just get transferred that way at least one of us would have something,
cause lets face it, an apartment in NY isn't very cheap.
But I think we could do it. I'm really excited about this. I hope it happens.
I'm gonna need a lot of help from my friends up there when the time comes.
