It was a rating community of some kind. Search "rating" or "rating communities" as an interest

I would rather not search rating communities, since they are demeaning and stupid.
But if you remember which community or person who said it let everyone know, because I know of alot of people who have posted this meme in their journals.

I clicked on the first name, and went to that persons journal, where he made a blurb about how this is not a virus, or hacking thing. It is safe.
