mmm, it was a long day, as per expected.
last night was pretty terrible, i was physically sick, which i hate and is gross. went to bed early. woke up still a lil groggy, and worked all morning for shit money. everywhere but in the restaurant im thoroughly entranced by people from foreign countries. in lombardis however i cant get past the fact that about 98% of them leave the shittiest tips in the world if they bother to leave anything at all. after i left, got a milkshake from ben & jerry's (im terrible) and walked down to feed the miracle fish, who is still alive. he makes me look good, i love him. ive affectionately named him fishie, for lack of knowing his given name or desire to waste the name that ive been saving for my next betta, but its still nice to have something to call him when i go to feed him. it is fairly out of my way to go to feed some nameless fish afterall. got to hang out with mike for a little, which is good, social is good, sorry i woke you from your nap tho. afterwards, back to work, uggh. standing was just so hard even for just another 3 hours because i walked down to the komita moussas, it felt nice walking, but trying to stand after was just killing me. read the paper, ate more pizza, answered the phone, listened to the most absurd conversation about shaving things into pubic hair. julie wants to publish a book now. gotta love the conversation topics we get ourselves into at work. its nice to go there and know someone will say something to make me laugh tho. as for now, im talking to some random person i met online, because i like to do that to enterain myself, and picking at my overly expensive manicure that i didnt pay for. ive got the attention span of a tick and although i was tired all day im not sure how much i am right now. maybe i'll try to do something constructive, like find my art history notebook or clean out my portfolio...maybe.
