Most of those movies lots of people liked quite a bit. ND, for instance; I haven't come across anyone yet that didn't like it.

Sometimes I empathize with the wrong character; sometimes I project my feelings of embarrassment onto a character (In other words, the clueless geek that you're SUPPOSED to love - I can see he's dumb, awkward, embarrassing, and stupid and I'm embarrassed FOR him). I also get over-involved with media so it's an intense experience for me - horror movies are Right. Out.

People lose what they always lose in things like this: they lose the opportunity to be a winner!

Yes you have... I can't stand ND. It's 2 hours of nothing happening except a few quotable lines.

I liked Poltergeist. It was creepy, but well done.

HA! That's funny because I think YOU were the demographic they were going for! They didn't count on gamergeekguys like you to have such a sorid past as you did, Takumi :P

Polt. was a good movie, and indeed I thought it was well done (esp. for the times) but it was BAD for me. BAD. Gave me nightmares LIEK WHOA.

More like they didn't count on someone expecting a movie with a point and a plot to it.... I mean, really. The movie was completely pointless, with the only small redemption being it had some funny lines.... Candy and I frequently get into this arguement, heh.

I can easily see that about Poltergeist. Nightmares where you reenact the movie happening to one of your daughters... yep. I see where you're going there.
