Alright well good news first...
I went to my weight watchers meeting tonight (after not eating for the past 3 days; which by the way was totally worth it) and I lost 3 lbs.... Way to kick off my new weight loss. Alright well I just ate a huge meal that must have weighed 3 lbs. Why am I so gross and have no self control? I really want to throw it up but everytime I try to do it, it doesn't work. If anyone has any tips, I would really appreciate them.
Plan for tomorrow- Only water and yogurt (one for breakfast) if I work out I can have a small salad, but after todays fluke it will probably only yogurt!
Goal's for next week... lose between 3-5 lbs!
