everyone's dream place to go is somewhere tropical (hawaii, the bahamas, the caymans, etc)

i dream of driving thirteen hours to new jersey.
where i grew up.
where you can see your breath take shape in front of you.
where everyday feels like you matter to someone.
a place where you can really be yourself, no matter who's looking at you.
why isnt it thanksgiving?
