In Da House!!
Last night was crazy!! I worked from 8 until 6:30, and then I went to Chelle's apartment for a few minutes before heading to the show. When I got there, Lexie was kind of mad that nobody showed up at 7 to blow up balloons, but I didn't now about that. Sorry Lex!! The back room was full of balloons and other shit for the show, and the costumes were pretty good considering the difficult theme. Who knew Wal Mart had such an extensive supply of suspenders?
It seemed like we had to wait forever to finally play, but we had a blast!! I genuinely like those people. :)
There was confetti everywhere! People had birthday hats and noise makers. I'm not so sure how happy I was about the water guns that were brought in towards the end of the show though. The water kept going into my eyes and I couldn't see, and it was so cold! I hope we can start playing more shows soon. I liked it when we had more than one show every month or two. Fun fun!!!!
So....it's been brought to my attention that Huey Lewis and The News is coming back into town. I HAVE to go again. The show last year was awesome! I think they're playing with Chicago, but that's cool as long as I get to see them again. I love Huey Lewis!
