What are the other documentaries like?

I hope your brother doesn't just preach to the choir.

So here's the thing. I don't know exactly what to make of it. It's very convincing to say the least. A few things to consider ( ... )

Oh yeah, one last thing I was thinking about today.

In the end, if this is true, then a great lie has been told, by many people. A blatent lie concieved of and then carried out with malice a forethought, for only one of two possible reasons. Either it was justifiable in their minds for some greater purpose or principle they believed in very strongly, or because somehow it benefitted their own personal self interest. I certainly don't know the truth, but all lies come from one of these two places. And if it is possible that so many people, put in a position of power where we are intended to trust them, could lie to us so horribly, then so too is it possible that we could be lied to by a documentary film maker.

I will indeed be showing this to my family though, as well as anyone else who's opinion I'm interested in.

Yep. There's quite a bit of hype to it. Then again, there's hype to the way the official version has come out in the conventional media too, newscasts and docudramas are geared towards manipulating our feelings and emotions to affect how we perceive and then make a decision on what we are watching. The filmmaker is only doing the same thing they're doing, isn't he? I feel like to a certain extent, the reason why his legitimacy is being picked apart is because of the distribution medium through which it came, google video(less advertising sponsors affecting content) vs. television (more advertising sponsors affecting content).
I've had a different reaction to this documentary upon viewing it a second time, and I am left with the feeling the second time (and having seen what Foo has to say about it) around it's just as easy to poke holes in the the documentary as it is for the filmmaker to poke holes in official version of 9/11(we're not supposed to be able to pick holes in the official version of something though ( ... )

I went through the site for your movie.

In return, please go through this:

Museum of Communism

Then you can begin to see why I think Bush is unimportant and why I wish death upon all Communists.

I'm a student of history, I'm fairly well acquainted with accounts regarding the horrors of Communism. I'll read through this site out further.
Bush is unimportant overall because he's going to be gone in 3 years. He's definitely going to leave a legacy that's going to take a long time to clean up after though.
