So, i've found out some more bands are playing which i cant see because im on stupid holiday [Florida].
This holiday is becoming more and more tedious as time goes by, getting in the way of so much.
1st of all there are 3 of my favourite bands which i cant see because im on holiday;
The Futureheads
Hot Hot Heat
Coheed & Cambria.
That sucks BIG TIME.
2nd of all, it doesnt exactly clash with my exam dates, but its really damn close, which will leave me with minimal time to revise, unless i revise whilst im there which is what im planning to do. But this majorly sucks as i'll have around 2 weeks when i get back to revise, which isnt enough, so if i fail anything i will blame this holiday. Grrrr.
Lastly and probably the worst, is that i miss Gemmy's <3 birthday. =( Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Went to see The Mars Volta with Sam yesterday and they were amazing. We decided to go to Birmingham early to get some lunch from the food loft [which is Uber cool] and on the way around there we passed the huge HMV in birmingham and found out Idlewild were playing a secret gig that afternoon in there, so we stayed for a while to watch those guys for a little bit, im not a big fan so we left after about 10 minutes.
We then went to the Academy and saw The Mars Volta, who were IMMENSE. The whole set only stopped once, they played like 8 songs all merged into 2 huge solo's. Amazzzzzzing!!!!!!!!!!!
Take the Veil, Televators and The Widow were the best songs, if you could call them individual songs in the set.
The last event of the past week i have to talk about is that i got my Law as level result back.
I got a C, methinks its a high-ish C but im not sure.
Its a pass, and an ok pass at that, but i know for a fact i can do far better since i got an A in my mock.
So here is the dilemma.
Should i;
Do the retake in the summer at a minimal cost which i dont mind [and in the process risk 3 units of revision for nothing].
Or
Stick with the mark i have.
Answers would be appreciated, i know its my decision, but sometimes a little outside help if good.
