Good times...
The past week has been amazing. So much going on! I'm exhausted but I wouldn't have missed any of it for the world. First of all the Ball on friday. I had such a good time, why does it all have to end so soon? I wish it could have gone on all night. It ended way too early. We were all still pretty awake when we got to Charlotte's house, and that led to some funny conversations. I don't think I'll ever be able to forget that. The Usher photo will remind me. Hehehe. Too funny.
So on saturday Charlotte and I went to Belgium. We wanted to have the special waffles but we picked the wrong restaurant! GAH! We ended up eating rectangular waffles. Psshh. Not worth it. Next time, we'll get the right place... we will...
And Rock Werchter was just amazing... every bit of it. We got such good places on the field! Flogging Molly was so much fun. Kane was pretty good. Feeder has such good songs - I have to get that album. Keane... Keane was amazing. They are SO good live! Queens of the Stone Age, loved it. Foo Fighters... wow. Just wow. They are amazing.
I'd write more, like about the freaky woman we met in the cafe in the morning who was convinced the Foo Fighters were really Nirvana, but I have to get some precious hours of sleep now. I'm off to Spain in about four hours. =D
