Today,

the Amazing Race fares the Philippine soil for one of its episode this season!

i am feeling lucky was able to see the premier episode and this one! sorry for missin the in-betweens!

its high time we get to have visits like this, makes me wanna hit the beach real SOON!

sorry for the Bowling Moms for they were eliminated at this leg..
i think it proved to be much of physical test on endurance as it was real heard for linda to go up the island!
imagine, to thrust yourself up, first, you flex your biceps for a lil bit raise on the rope, then, you crunch your abs for a good curl up and then stretch out those legs for propulsion
and goes on till your up there.

must be easy talkin but remember, the resistance you've got is your body weight!
quite unlike those weights gym goers lift as it can be cheated one way or the other.

notice also that you can not nudge yourself against the wall as it is distant to yah!

this makes me think, in as much as i want to believe i am fit,
i look forward to that acticity. must be real good for your entire body!
