I am impressed. It should, we will be very benevolent dictators. There should be a female version of 'dictator,' I'd rather not be associated with Kim Jong Il.

I can't think of any female dictators. Unless you count the old British queens. But they were monarchs, weren't they? Ah well. At least we can have the knowledge that future female dictators will be compared to us.

Oh, and about life being better in the 80s. Granted, I was four when 1990 rolled around.
Music: Crazed drug addicts with AquaNet in their desperately in need of chopping hair breaking guitars on stage. Except for U2 (I think that's when they started, I could be very off with this), Guns 'n Roses, Bon Jovi and a few select singles, it was awful.
Fashion: Side ponytails and DayGlo leg warmers. Need I say more?
Politics: Reagan. Carter, too, but Reagan's the one I'm pointing at.
Film: Anything with Molly Ringwald. Nothing against Ringwald, but everything she did was completely unrealistic and pretty terrible.
