ur such a lucky duck! i have 12 days of school left : ( but thats ok because this is the last HARD week! as in finals and my last speech.. 2 in class essays and 2 major tests. oh and a trial that im 3 witnesses for! ugh oh well ITS ALMOST OVER! but yea cheer is WAY better! 2 days a week.. no more privates... YIPPEE! good luck with those doubles and standing fulls : ) those were 2 of the HARDEST steps for me. now im working arabian to doubles and whip arabians. wow definitely intense!

yea but i fall forward and touch my hands. with a spot i stick them good though or if i do jumps to standing full they are easier. umm i guess a tip would be to stand up hard be sure to set alll the way before trying to twist and pull your knees into your chest super hard. thats what they yell at me for not doing anyways : )
