Upon listening to Narrow Stairs...
Have you ever heard, seen, or felt something so unbelievably beautiful that it just brought you to tears.
It happened when I was on the shuttle from Anchorage to Denali. The massiveness of the mountains. The miles and miles of absolutely nothing but unclaimed wild territory.
And then you hear something. So beautiful, that moves so deeply within you the tears come, and fall.
Almost along with the rhythm.
And I smile.
Because it makes me happy that something so beautiful can still be created. That no matter how long I've been listening to this band, they never get old. They will always be with me. Forever and ever.
