what the fuck?!??!?!?! and why do the people at apple support NOT speak english?!?!? i'm sorry, the last time i checked, we speak english in america...it's bad enough that i don't understand computor terms as is, i don't need their thick ethnic accents clogging up the phone waves.
things could be worse, so i can't be too pissed, and since we live in a land where our governator doesn't speak english, i can't expect the people at apple support to speak it as well.......
