Okay, I've already said that I'm a pretty lazy person, and not afraid to admit it most of the time. So it probably doesn't come as a surprise that I get my dang sleep!
At the same time, when I get the chance (weekends, of course), I'll stay up pretty late and sleep in until about .. eleven or noon. Something like that. Well, I managed to REALLY screw up my sleeping schedule this past weekend. And I mean worse than the usual..
I'm not sure if it was Saturday or Sunday anymore, but I know that whenever it was, it sucked! I'm sure girls any girl reading this can guess what was causing such a pain (and if you can't, what the hell's wrong with you?!), and guys can - probably by now - get somewhat an idea of what it was. So my mom had be take some medicine. The same ol' stuff I take every time, and every time it works perfectly.
Now this medicine I took for this stuff isn't supposed to make you drowsy (or at least I don't think so), but that's exactly what it did. And what was worse, it didn't have any effect on that pain at all! So I got offline and took a good long nap. By then, it had been a few hours since I'd taken the stuff.
So I woke up about .. 8-ish that night. I couldn't get to sleep until about 4 that morning. I sat up watching TV, resetting the sleep timer over and over again to fit my being still awake.
So last night, I found that with my new and improved sleeping schedule, I couldn't even force myself to go to sleep until, oh, say, 1:30 or 2? I don't know what time it was. And I had to get up at 6:30. So that got me a total of 4 1/2 to 5 hours of sleep last night! I'm such a mess. x.x
And of course the topping. What is it without topping? Practice. Yes, practice. Track, to be exact. That lady is a phyco. We did about 40 minutes of weight training alone today! And that was at the beginning! By the time we were done, I was literally shaking, especially in my arms. I couldn't lift 'em without shaking! And then, of course, we did our running.
So yeah, that's my complaint of the day. I'm tired. x.x It's been one helluva day, and I'm about ready to fall over. Bed? Oh no, not yet. I still ain't done my daily chatting, and you know how important that is!
... Or ... maybe you don't...
Well, either way, until next time!
