PSP8 tutorial
As requested.
to;
1. First, I started out with my picture, mirrored it, and cropped it down to 100X100:
2. Duplicate the background and set it to screen 100%.
3. Add two layers of a dark blue color, set to exclusion 100%.
I used:
4. Copy merge the whole thing, and paste the merged layer on top. Set it to Soft light.
5. Add 3 layers of a light blue color set to burn 100% underneath the soft light merged layer.
I used:
6. Copy merge the whole image again, and paste it on top. Set to normal.
7. Go to "enhance photo" at the top of the screen.
8. Click "automatic contrast enhancement"

And set it like so:
9. Then click "automatic saturation enhancement"
and set it like so:
*and voila. you're done:
