Japan Apartments (English friendly)
Looking to see if anyone has experience with renting Japanese apartments (Osaka area, preferably close to Namba, Tennouji, or Umeda/Osaka) online from websites that cater toward foreigners. I have, of course, dug up various useful looking websites but part of the problem is that I am looking for a 2DK or a 2LDK which are much harder to come across than your typical 1K/1DK. Also, I am a bit picky in what I am looking for: Fully furnished, no reikin or shikikin (typical deposit is okay), and no shared facilities needed (meaning the apartment its own bath or shower). Shared laundry or coin laundry is fine. Oh, and high-speed internet would be a nice bonus, but isn't necessary. I'll be staying from ~July 2007 to ~August 2008. If I end up going the 2DK/2LDK route (which is preferred), I'd pay up to 125,000yen/mo. If I end up finding my own apartment, which is also an option, the max I would want to pay would be 70,000 (utilities included).

This is all, of course, assuming I get into the University, but that has been all but guaranteed to me at this point =/ Guess we'll see.
