I woke up and felt a warm body curled against me. I opened my eyes and looked at the body beside me. Buffy. A smile broke across my face and I glanced around quietly, careful not to disturb her, laying my head back down when I realized just where I was. I was in her suite, the one Angel got for her, we drank. We had really nice sex. Sex? I had sex with Buffy. I leaned my head down and kissed her shoulder softly before making my way out of the bed to the bathroom.
I dry my hands on a towel and slowly head back toward the bed, she's still sleeping. I crawl back in and curl up against her, wrapping my arm around her belly, tucking her closer. I hear my stomach growl. Damn routine. I pull the hair back from her face and kiss her cheek.
"Wake up sleepy girl." I say quietly, trying to stir her so we can get some food. Not wanting to leave without either at least inviting her for food, or letting her know I'm leaving for food.
