(no subject)
So we got a new studio- its still in the state theatre bldg, but facing the congress st. side. Its a former dentists office-really old style medicine- its smaller than any doctors office I've been in, but theres sinks all over (a plus for painting) Plus, some of the sinks are foot operated, which I think is pretty nifty. So this first friday is the last one in our old space and we're having a painting sale to unload some work and to possibly scrounge up some rent.
We also got ourselves in an indoor soccer league with a bunch of friends and have been playing tother teams every week- its really funny- getting all sporty and competitive. we're sponsored by Sebago brewing (we're the Sebago Cobras)and have snazzy uniforms and everything. We are getting beat fairly regularly, but its been a hoot.
