A lawsuit?
Frank Peterson and I are being sued. I don't even know all of the details on this one. Frank has yet to return my calls on this. I guess he's waiting for a legitimate explanation, before fully filling me in on all details. Personally I don't know this…kid? Just that he's worked in Las Vegas at the Desert Inn? Frank said something about us being sued for $100 million. It's certainly not everyday I'm being sued for what exactly I don't know. I do know that this is not my fault, and that I have nothing in this, at least I don't think that I do.
Since I've just gotten off the phone with Frank again, he's told me this…
"Brian Evans has filed a suit against you and me for fraud, breach of contract, interference with economic advantage, and deception. Seeking damages up to $100 million."
Now I adore Frank for helping me become who I am, but I don't remember signing Mr. Evans to "my" label. I don't even have a label of my own. Dear God Frank what have you done?!
We've been told to contact the District Court of Hawaii for more information.
