Glamnation Tour 8/23/2010 at the Palace Theater in Albany New York

Again, through luck, stress, venue changes, hard work, etc, Marci and I were front row center.  Eeeek!  I mean, I'm not rich, and I don't have all those connections, so I never thought I would ever get seats like this ever.  It's one thing to get to the front through craziness and determination and getting there super early for general admission shows.  But a seat?  No one pushing into me?  In the front?  I never imagined it would ever happen and I am SO GRATEFUL.   :D  !!!

I promised myself that I would not take too many pictures and end up watching the show through a three inch screen.  So I didn't take much video.  And believe it or not, this is me taking not too many pictures.  Haha!  But I did good, I watched the show, I danced, I sang along, and I imprinted the moment on my memory as much as possible.  My eyes were so big just trying to take it all in.

Isn't his smile adorable?!!

Dear Adam.  The smoke effect is kinda awesome, but my camera does not love it.  ;P

Like the dancers?  Have a video.

We were a bit annoyed towards the end, because some lady came right behind us and asked to take one picture during the encore.  We told her that these were our seats.  But okay, fine, one picture.  But she tried to take advantage of our generosity by taking a video instead.  Give an inch and all that.  She shouldn't have reneged on the deal.  One picture does not equal trying to stand right behind us (between us and our purses, too, and that made me nervous) for a whole song.  So one tap and gesture to the security guard within my reach and she was gone.  Next time, obey the rules and don't try to take advantage of someone's niceness, lady!

Adam was amazing.  I know some people thought he looked tired, but I didn't see that.  He never missed a note and the dancing was great.  If by tired you mean he wasn't writhing around on the floor (unfortunately), well, that's true, so maybe that's what people saw.

He did sign afterwards (And it was sorta raining!  Bad for the voice?) so he couldn't have been too tired.  Or if he was he just loved our crowd.

All in all a perfect day!   :D

Like the pictures?  There's more.  Have a link.  If you make art or icons, I would love credit but don't require it.  (Though a link to see what you made would be awesome!)  They're tour pics and there are a million out there.  Share the beauty, share the love.  :)
