The typical Mumbai Rain has always come with a twin baggage - an understandable ecstacy and an expected misery.
Cooler pleasant temperatures and lush greenery seem to go hand-in-hand with issues like water clogging, train service stoppages, holes on the road, electricity problems, and at times even water supply problems.
I hope this year round, it is less of the latter and more of the former.
Let us hope that the latest idea of having cobbled road sections at junctions works well and the 'holes' don't get converted to mini ponds.
