[OOC: Continued from HERESalene turned back to Dax, motioning for him to leave, hitting the lightswitch on the way out, the sight of Mouse in her bed with the nightlight on, it made her feel happier than she had in a long time. Salene sighed, "I don't know, we'll have to see what Ved wants, and how he responds to the chat. We can't force him to be a Mall Rat, he's got to want to be a Mall Rat," she nodded firmly and sat there, lost in her thoughts about Ryan. Did he still want to be a Mall Rat? Would he stay, or eventually move on? No, Ryan was always a Mall Rat, whether he stayed or not, he would always be welcome in the Mall, always. Salene looked up when a little kitten climbed up the side of Salene's bed, using it's claws, well how resourceful. "Hello Daisy, I remember her, she's cute, I'm glad you take care of her Cloe. Well, I'm not so sure about food, but we can find something, we'll go to the Market tomorrow and have a look around," Salene smiled and pet the little kitten, "might try some bread from dinner. Have you eaten yet? There's a stew on the stove," she smiled softly and wondered if Ryan was still in there. "Ryan and Patsy were in there when I was eating, dunno if they still are," she said with a shrug, her mind finding the subject again, a seemingly endless torture of what ifs and whens.

Cloe nodded. They couldn't force Ved to be a MallRat, but She could. Cloe watched Salene's mind wander. She hoped she would be alright.

Cloe shook her head whne Salene asked if she had eaten. "I can't. Mys tomach, it's still in knots. I don't know about you, but killing people sometimes takes my apetite away." She needed to talk to Patsy sometime. But it was late. Although Cloe wanted to stay with Salene, she thought Ved would want to be with her tonight.

"I'll try to give her some bread. Would broth from the stew be good for her?" Cloe had always had a special place in her heart for animals. Giving up her food for them. Sneaking out of the Mall to feed them. It sometimes got her in trouble, but it was always a risk she was willing to take.

Daisy walked over the bed and then Came back to Cloe. She pawed at her. Probably wanted some food.

"She's hungry." Cloe said quietly. "Thanks Sal." Cloe became quiet as she gave Salene a hug. She got off the bed and walked out of the room and down to the cafe.
