A year of university has gone by. I enjoyed it. I believe that if I had gone to university right after highschool I wouldn't have done as well as I am doing now. The college life has made me work harder in university.
I do like anthropology after taking the first year course along with learning german. I am still very interested in Environmental Studies and will be doing a double major in Anthropology and Environmental Studies. I hope I am not too late to apply again this year, this time I'm not really a transfer student, since I am only changing my major.
I still work at Second Cup. I open the store by myself now. I love it. I get to go home early and I don't have to do any cleaning! And it's not busy in the mornings. I wish I could open on the days I am working. But it'll only have to be on Mondays.
I'm out of school and I have no 9-5 job like I did last year. I want to go to this exihibition where only 45 students are allowed to attend for agencies who are hiring. There are only a few positions in the field I graduated from at Seneca and I don't have a recent portfolio. So I think I am going to pass. But I know I will regret it later and I hope something will come my way very soon.
I might be able to do a couple of wedding assistant photo shoots. I'm doing a couple of portrait shoots this weekend to at least put something on my online portfolio.
