Baby Birds are Dumb
The world is stressful so here is something mindless for you to look at.
It's a good thing my mom's not home; she's been on the warpath against the local birds ever since they pooped on her fresh washed laundry
There were 3 eggs.
Hatching in progress. Type of bird was identified by a co-worker.
And within 2-3 weeks? Baby aliens emerged from the cute green eggs.
They grow fast, within a week they looked like this:
And then one morning I opened the window up a bit too quickly and accidentally jostled the plant their nest was in and startled all three birds out of their nest. One of them flewglided inside the apartment.
They can't seem to know how to fly yet just glide so I managed to scoop the stupidest one (the one inside my apartment and put it back into the nest.
No idea what happened to the other two dumb birds; I assumed they learned how to fly eventually as the third one that I put back into the nest was gone when I came home from work later that day.
I don't know why I startled them so badly today...I open that window all the time to water the plants.
My mom found the empty nest when she came back and scolded me for letting the birds nest there. I shrugged because what did she expect me to do, dump the nest out the sixth floor window?
