a lot of people are talking about money lately
so i figured i'd put things into perspective for everyone.
my last paycheck was $44.51.
over the past few days, i've realized that i'm not making much money at all.
people who aren't even making minimum wage make 3 or 4 times as much as i do.
and people who make more per hour than i do, well, yeah. still get more money.
you might say that it's because i don't work enough hours.
well.
if you do the math, i work 10 hours a week at mcdonald's.
i work from 8-5 every weekday, which makes 45 hours a week at teen camp.
which makes 55 hours total of work a week.
i am getting bullshitted out of 600 dollars for the CIT job.
i'm not getting paid anything for it.
$44.51 a week means that i make a little less than 81 cents for every hour i work.
and, free time? what free time? oh yeah, saturday, if i am lucky.
but you know what?
i'm happier this way.
much happier.
