i was watching a show where a guy is in love with this girl. he slept with her, but then she tells him that she loves him but shes not in love with him. she wants to be friends only.
mom looks up and says "that must suck, liking someone and then finding out they dont want ya, they just wants to be friends."
i paused, and then said " you've never had that done to you mom?"
her response "no. im pretty sure i havent."
i didnt actually believe my dad when he said everyone wanted my mom. wow, that must've been a nice feeling, mom.
