I finally know what it takes to get recognition at Wal-Mart. If you run the 3 busiest departments (hardware, toys, and sports) yourself, with no help whatsoever, neglect taking a break, and almost have a nervous breakdown (I'm not kidding) from the stress you will be rewarded with a hardy pat on the back, and a small bag of mini turtles. I like turtles and all but I think that I deserve a little more than that, seeing as how this is the umpteenth time I've had to run 2-3 departments myself. Does a small raise seem so farfetched? I'm probably the hardest worker under 21 they got.
