I had some crazy dreams last night.
One was quite interesting.
I had, I assume, finally got into the Army... as I was in Bagdhad. We were riding in a humvee w/ no doors on. I was actually scared/anxious, etc.. it was a weird feeling. However, the surroundings were like something out of a video game. it was odd. I just kept eyeing any piece of trash laying on the side of the road, all paranoid. We eventually went into this market... stalls were selling dead/burnt babies? I don't know where that came from. We eventually ended up in this one shot, that was like a picture shop. The guy i was with, who i believe was like my squad leader or something. He was paying 75cents to pay for a picture of us two. There was another couple soldiers in the room with us. We got a call on the radio about an ambush or something. The other two told us that we should go. So we went. We got there, and everyone was shooting, but my gun wouldn't shoot. It actually was something back to airsoft, when you're trying to shoot a powerful gun w/ a weak battery. it is all slow. That's how it was. So I was freaking out because my gun wasn't working. I can't remember what happened after that.
Another dream I was in like eastern europe and some how ended up in a army unit, but I was a civilian. they just handed me a rifle and a interceptor vest. except there weren't any mags in the vest. they said to crawl down to another position and strip ammo off some dead guys. I just remember after that I only found one mag, the rest were fucked up some how.
There were some others as well.
I've taken to sleeping as much as I can. Waking up around 11pm to midnight. sitting around until 10isham and then go read until I could sleep again.
I was going to go into portland yesterday, but then I lost motivation. sleeping was more inviting.
I'm going to try and go today.
Tomorrow Lucas and Melissa are having a house warming party. I told them I'd go.
Danny is in town as well. he leaves next week.
I don't know. I have no motivation to do anything.
The weather isn't helping.
I need a new wheel.
I need a new life.
