I might've found a new place! $450/mo., 2br, 2 1/2 bath., 1,448 sq. ft., utilities included... And it's really close to my old house in Clintonville! And now that I've been informed by Jared that they're no longer in that house, I have no problem going to that neighbourhood. Just gotta finish some communication with the landlord...
