CapeCon Bound!
We've had quite a productive weekend of training at the Tower, with Starfire and Cyborg really putting us through our paces. Its interesting how relaxing I find it, in comparison with the sessions at the Cave, but it is still very demanding.
Kon and I travelled in together this time, talking about our plans for me to come stay with him for a week over the summer break. I'm really looking forward to it, as I've never spent much time at a farm - should be an interesting change from Urban life.
Now, instead of going straight home, we're heading to Keystone City. There's a 'Superhero' convention being held there called CapeCon, and this is the first opportunity I've had to attend.
Naturally I'll be attending as myself since, y'know, supposed to be an Urban Legend and all that. None of the Bat-Clan ever appear as Guests at this convention, for that reason. But heroes like Superman and The Flash, who are very public personas, are pretty much guaranteed to pop in for at least an hour.
It was Dick's idea for us to attend as ourselves, though he's famous enough that he won't go un-noticed. Me, I'll be able to blend with the crowd for the most part - my notoriety after No Mans Land has pretty much faded away, thankfully.
Right, that's me packed and I can hear Kon on his way up the hall. Must be time to go.
