I know that this is hardly compensation, but I hope it brings a little joy to some people. The Panic ones are very much inspired by my latest issue of Alt Press. =D

Wow they're gorgeous :]
Speshly the second FOB one and the third PATD ones, they're my favourites :D Mainly because not only do I adore the colouring but the texturing on the PATD one is just wonderful, I like how it surrounds them but doesnt overpower the original image
Lovely work as always :D

I just dont like making icons as much as I do banners, they're alot more exciting :]
Your work inspires me too :D It's so vibrant and your use of texture is really developing, it's kinda awe-inspiring and makes me wanna make

=D I love that we can both inspire the other. It's a very unique artistic relationship. xD I used to enjoy the challenge that a 100x100 canvas presented more, but I'm really enjoying the expanded use of texture that one can develop for a banner. Plus it seemed like no one ever used my icons. Oh well. I think I'll make some more icons once I find the time. O.o

I'm loosing time at the moment too but then Panic just flounce along doing live sets with FLOWERS and the world expects me to ignore that and study, now we all know thats just not the way I roll
The 100x100 challenge was always a little forebodding for me... I've only recently gotten into icons really; I always loved the larger canvas, like you said there's alot more room for texture. The thing I'm terrible at it simply text, I can never make it look right in an icon whereas in banners it seems a little more easy...
its a lovely artistic relationship more should have one, it really helps :D

Oh, lolz. I just saw those pictures. Sometimes things like that make me seriously question the sexual orientation of those boys. >.< (Oh, and I agree, I almost never include text in an icon because it's much harder to deal with, I try to make an icon that stands for itself...which is just as difficult xD)
