Today I woke up as usual, to the sound of my alarm clock. It's set twenty minutes fast so I can start my day off procrastinating. It's like a safety blanket.
I really like salsa with eggs. It's just a fantastic flavor combination.
The last time I drank milk was at Starbucks. Last night. I never drink milk except when I'm at Starbucks. I don't even like milk. Especially soy milk. But I drank it. And it tasted good.
I took two tests today and read the first act of Othello in the library. The lady asked if I had a pass and I had to inform her I didn't have a third period and she said,"Oh that's right," like I had told her before. Which I hadn't. That was the first time I had talked to that particular librarian.
After school I walked home through the desert. The rain made some lakes and swamps in the desert. It was nice. I pretended that the world was innocent again, and I felt safer.
The read-through went very well. Apparently, I sound just like Belle. I'm getting more and more excited for this play.
My Shakespeare competition is next week. That I am excited for as well.
I really like Rosemary Apricot Chicken Salad. I just ate a container of it. And now I feel kinda bad because I didn't save any for my mom.
Pinnacle and Horizon's big basketball game is tonight. I'll go for ten minutes. Maybe. I probably won't.
Enjoy the hours before Saturday.
