So how are things with the house...
After visiting all these loan/mortgage advisors we applied for a couple (nothing definitive yet. They just calculate everything officialy and after that you have to say yes or no to it, so no strings attached yet). So now we just have to wait till we get papers from that and choose the one we will take.
It won't be a problem getting a loan/mortgage as I got my paper signed that says that if all circumstances (my functioning, the work I have to do and so on) will stay the same they will keep me after my one year contract will end (in November). So that's good.
Our negotiations about the "temporary" buying contract have ended and on Tuesday we will sign it. It's not really temporary, but it's not the official contract yet either, because we will sign that one the moment we will get our keys. The date for that is March 30th. So yeah, only 2 more months to go.
On Monday the 12th we will have a professional look at the house and do some research about the constructions and stuff. So if it appears there is something seriously wrong with the house (which we doubt) we can still say no to the buy.
The notary stuff (house buying and the living together contract) will start once they receive the signed "temporary" buying contract.
So now, we wait (for some days)... (and get some sleep :D)
