According to a source down in Jacksonville, the Labor Relations Department in Chicago is calling for a Seniority Hearing to determine if I can 1. get my job back and 2. keep my 4 years' seniority legally. The person in charge of this hearing was in charge of the Labor Relations Department in Jacksonville back in 2003 when I was taken out of service (or suspended) for absenteeism (sp), this being due to my father's condition, i.e. dying of cancer. I was not offered FMLA, I was lied to and told I was furloughed when in fact I was taken out of service, and I have yet to see a single piece of official paper stating anything about well, anything since I started this whole mess 6 hellish weeks ago.
Now my only hope is the current director of Labor Relations for the entire United States down in Jacksonville will take pity on me and see things my way.
After all... ALL I WANT IS THE MEANS TO FEED MY FAMILY!
This test has all but destroyed my marriage, my life, my self.
