A Decent Day...

I went into work, early like I usually do on Wednesday, but since I had to put those tables away on Monday, the only thing I had to do was take out the trash, which was good. Though, I still ended up 5 minutes late to the comic book store, since I missed the bus and decided to walk instead of waiting for the next one. I got two issues for the price ( Read more... )

Yessssssssssssssss!

I have these, and others for comic loot today. The scene when Tim says "Yes" is...well, he's damn pretty!!!

I drew pictures. Will scan and update before bed.

...He's partially covered in his own blood during that moment. I'm going to assume you mean face-wise concerning his "prettiness," sans the blood.

Awesome; I'll be looking for your pictures within the next few hours, then.

I love his expression. I love the art. I love how Jason's brain just stalls when he can't get Tim to say what he needs so desperately to hear.

And I love how Tim isn't rescued in the end.

What is Bruce going to think?!

If Tim doesn't tell Bruce, I know Cyborg will call him up. Cy's like that.

LILLITH IS BACK!?!

To be honest, that ended how I imagined it-both getting in good shots on the other, but Jason inevitably delivering the last blow. (Am relieved he didn't kill Tim, but just left his calling card.)

Yeah-a brief shot of Lillith was shown at the end of Teen Titans #26, behind Brother Blood, and now she's back, as is the aforementioned Brother Blood. Hopefully, we'll get to see a bit more light shed on this subject within 2-3 weeks.

Lillith is Brother's "beloved" mother. That's the part that made me go "Oooooh."

Pretty shocking, in my viewpoint-Lillith being Blood's mother.

(grins) Need to leave you a response at your journal, btw.

You don't need to.

She's not officially his mother (in biological terms) but she's the person in hell or something, that Blood chooses. If you recall, he goes through his "mothers" pretty damn fast. Last comic, he picks out a new one, or something.

I was wondering if Lillith would come back. That would just complete my "NOBODY DIES, EVER!" theory, but...it's explained apparently in Infinate Crisis. The dead are rising, only because the universe is f***ed. And maybe, when they change it, the dead will go back to being dead.

So don't get too comfy with Red Hood. *sniffle*
