As everyone knows, just after Memorial Day, the season starts, and ticket prices for all form of locomotion and the costs of staying anywhere go through the roof.

So, we would like to squeeze in a long family weekend before then. We could do the Carribean Cruise thing again, if Jr wasn't such a lazy bum in getting potty trained! ( Because )

I spent part of the afternoon thinking about the Collatz(3n+1) conjecture (suggested to me by the Wikipedia article on proof of impossibility). I purposefully decided not to read the article one on the conjecture itself, but rather to play around with the problem a bit instead.
