It's 79 more days until Bama football. I can't believe the university didn't catch the textbook scandal until Nick Saban showed up. Then again, since he meticulously controls every football program he's ever coached down to every last detail, it probably took a coach like him uncover this. Even though the Tide had to vacate 21 wins from the 2005 through 2007 football seasons, I'm just happy that Bama didn't lose any scholarships, it didn't affect last season's success, and it won't affect the future of the program except some negative publicity. Although, Bama will be under "close watch" from the NCAA for the next three years, and if they screw up, that could possibly mean the death penalty (shutting down the program for 5 years), though that's highly unlikely.
Man I despise baseball. Bring on the gridiron.
