to sauce or not to sauce?
mum made chicken shepards pie
and its really good
but I have a moral dilemma with tomato sauce
I'm not sure if it ENHANCES flavor and I should sauce it up
or if tomato sauce is to COVER the shitty flavors of crap food, and it would just be insulting to the pie if I were to throw sauce all over it
because this is definately no frozen savings pie thats mostly pastry and the small amount of meat in it is cow scalp and stomach lining,
THIS IS A REALLY GOOD PIE
