I thought I'd write out some of last night's nightmares, get them out of me so to speak. They all sort of flowed together, yet there were definitely three unique dreams.
1. In this dream Jackie decides that she needs to move to her gramma's house. Having some sort of complete change of personality she wants to live an extremely simple life and leaves me the internet. Jackie gives me little notice that she is going to move (maybe a day), and I don't really believe she's going to go. I figure she'll get sick of it and be back in a week. I talk to her, and she informs me that she's dead serious. She has to leave. Thus, I am tasked with finding a new roommate as quickly as possible because in addition to leaving, Jackie's also running out on the rent money she owes me. And so the dream goes...her cleaning out her room and the cupboards and me watching her crying. I had initially helped her pack until I realized she was leaving forever and ever. There was more to this dream, definitely a lot of people in and out of the apartment and stuff, but that's most of what I remember.
2. I'm at the airport getting ready to fly to BC. I'd been in a hurry while packing, so I didn't pay much attention. I go through security - I'm nervous and convinced I'm going to set it off. I go through and realize I have nothing. No ID, No boarding pass, No luggage, and I haven't checked any either. So, I go and find my luggage. I go to go through security again, somehow I get through, I'm confused, because I'm sure there must be tons of forbidden stuff in my suitcase which I am taking as a carry on. Then it suddenly occurs to me...I didn't pack any make up or a toothbrush or liquids at all. So I say to Crystal, oh well, I can just buy some stuff when I get there or borrow it. Then I realize that all I really packed was a hoody and a bible so effectively, I have no clothes either. I'm not too worried, it's a short trip and I have money, but Crystal is panicking. She wants me to bus home and back and pack! I look at her and start arguing with her that my plane leaves in half an hour. I look back at security and the line is REALLY long. And then my dream ends...
3. This one is stranger and a little less normal than the other two. Basically, I think what happens is that there is a war on. It's a bad war, and I'm really scared of it. So, somehow I wind up getting shipped off to this small town. I have tons of school work I'm supposed to complete and even stuff like using the phone is very hard and potentially dangerous. I do however manage to phone my church (I think Trinity) but I do it on the long distance bill of the people I'm staying with - clients from my work. Gradually I get a little more used to the "war" thing and start venturing outside. No one drives cars anymore and really most people don't travel. I find a bike though and so do my two friends. Mine has a flat tire though so we have to cross this huge field to get it filled. We get there and I realize that's it's totally popped, and I'll need a new tube. So, we decide to go to superstore. We walk into these maze. Shari and Robert seem to live there although I'm not 100% sure about that connection. We wind up chasing kids all around and around. Eventually everyone leaves except me and a friend because I still want to go to superstore. SO, we start going. Because of the war it seems that people have built underground. So we go down a set of stairs. Then Shari tells us that it is in fact at least 25 stories below ground and so we start walking... and then the dream ends.
