Quiet day
It's one of those quiet days at practicum where I would do anything for a crisis, or even a mini crisis. I need something exciting to happen. I don't cope well with all this quiet. Normally I have some homework at practicum to work on in the dull times. My supervisor is writing her work plan and then we have a bunch of stuff we'll do, but my program stuff is on hold till then. The drop in is dead quiet too. No one's come in for direct service all day.
I made some awesome vegetable soup today. We're doing healthy lunch Thursdays every other week. I love making big pots of soup from scratch.
I'm doing something scary today which is a challenge for me. I'm really not sure if I'm going to like the results or not.
