because emily did it, [& in this scenario i have no mind of my own] i feel like i must follow in the path of the livejournal 'connoisseurs' & make my journal a 'friends only' read. [not to say that i'm a livejournal connoisseur.. moreso to admit i'm a .. wannabe? livejournal connoisseur? heh.] i was hoping it wouldn't have to come to this simply because i am lazy & will most likely tend to forget to click the 'friends only' button under the 'security level.' but i will force myself to make it a habit. so.
