Hey guys. The past couple of days have been kind of a bummer but we'll get to that. Thursday night Javi went over to Laura's and got her and Meagan to help him with his math. They all talked and bonded. I wasn't there and felt kinda left out, but I got over it. I'm so glad that my friends like him. Laura is always saying how great of a boyfriend he is and I'm so grateful for him. :-) He told them he's probably thinking about staying another year in Hobbs and getting his basics at the Junior College over here. Laura was like "Oh that will make Sophie happy." and he was like "Yeah if we're still together...which we'll probably be." So that made me smile.
Friday night, Javi was out of town for soccer so me, Meagan and Laura got all dressed up convinced somehow we were gonna get to see Matt and have a good time. Elise called us and told us everyone was going up to Mcdonalds. So we headed over there and met with everyone. There were a bunch of people but he wasn't there. We ate and played air hockey and talked with everyone tho. After a while, we told Elise to call us if she heard about where Matt was at or anything and went to go ride around in Meagan's car because we were bored. Well we started riding through his neighborhood and Laura was like "I know where he lives." So we ended searching for his house. Well we found it and they were standing OUTSIDE. We were like OMG that's where they are.
Well Elise calls us a little later and is like "Hey I'm at Matt's. You guys come over here." So we do and they're all outside so we hang out a little bit. Matt and Shiloh ended up driving Meagan's car and Laura was soooo herself and so outgoing but Matt was flirting Meagan the whole time: sitting in her lap, driving her car, picking her up and hugging her. Laura was so bummed that she had tried so hard and it seemed that all he wanted was Meagan when he had said that she was cute and that it was a possibility. After that we went home. Javi called me and I called Laura and was like "Laura are you ok?" and she was like "Noo not really." and she sounded soo sad like she was about to cry so I knew just what to do. I was like "Hold on I'm gonna get someone to call you." So I told Javi to call her and cheer her up. So we don't really know who Matt likes or what's on his mind. Laura told Javi she wanted him to call Matt up and just plain out ask him which one of Sophie's friends do you like and he said he would do it on Sunday.
On Saturday, Javi came by to see in the morning before he had to go to Clovis again for soccer and then later on Laura and Meagan came over. Laura was like "I think that if he likes Meagan, I'm gonna just give up on him. Do you think I should?" and I was like "I don't know." We ended up playing a board game and then laying in the dark on my floor looking up at my glow-in-the-dark stars (a makeshift stargazing since it was raining outside) and talking about different things. Then Javi and Heath came over. We all hung out a little bit. Heath likes Meagan, and I can tell Meagan thinks he's interesting but still doesn't want to give up on Tylor. Laura called me and told me Heath was a hottie. "But like Matt, he likes Meagan." she said. She was like "What do so many guys see in Meagan?"
Today's pretty boring so far. Except that I talked to Laura and I called Javi and asked him if he talked to Matt yet. He hadn't so he borrowed someone's fone and called him and asked him and Matt said he liked Laura! Laura was all excited all over again. She was like "Ok now I won't be nervous and I can try again to be myself like I was last night with Heath and you guys." So of course the mood is excited all over again. This next week I finally get my license...but I can't drive just yet because my mom doesn't think I'm ready yet. Boo hoo. It will get better though.
