i didnt borrow that line, its a moragh original. well i lifted it from some poetry that i wrote, but was too embarassed to post the whole thing.
yeah i totally should be in a band, i do have immense style and that certain self destructive charisma that all great band type people possess. (in case the sarcasm isnt obvious enough ill point it out to you)
but alas, what with my asolute lack of rhythm and for that matter musical talent, it just aint gonna happen.( but hey i like music alot so that should count for something)
yeah its hard to post converse about this post with you cos most of it was directed at my friend..

ill just stick to my beatnik poet dream, oh yeah drinking excess amounts of coffee/wine and reading spoken word lyrics to my fellow beatniks in some dusty bookstore or dank coffee house, complaining that no one 'gets' what im trying to do...yeah that would be the life and it is so much more lucrative than being in a big band. yay

That's always been my dream! I'll have to step up the pace. I want to become a beatnik first so I can look down on everyone who came after me and say things like, "These new kids, they so don't get what it's all about. They're just in it to be cool." Except I'll say it in beatnik poem form, so I'll be like, "These... new-kids, they... don't getwhatit'sallaboutthey're... just in-it... to be cool."
