question:
what should I do about the electric bill? should I just turn if off and tell my roommate that it's going to be off in a week? or should I offer him the choice to give me a payment upfront so he doesn't have to pay the $200 fee for one month by himself? I'm moving out in a week.
the first question problem:
I'm seriously afraid he's going to kill me via craigslist killer.
the second question problem:
he may just end up charging the a/c up so much while i'm gone that what he gave me initially isn't enough thus screwing me over. PLUS every FUCKING time i change the a/c he runs out of his room and changes it to make it hotter in here. SERIOUSLY. therefore i kinda don't give a fuck.
