Holy Fucking Mother of God, Chris Cornelle was so god damn good.
Not as good as peal jam, but that one is hard to bet. Still better than when I saw sound garden in 1997, but he was dying of throat cancer so that one is understandable. But I have seen bob dylen, patty smith, the chilli peppers and god knows who else over the years, and bar pearl jam, this was the best concert ever.
About 50% of what he played was sound garden, 40% audio slave, the rest was his own stuff and even two songs from temple of the dog. But when he played "slaves & Bulldozers" I think I was ready to die then and there. I can die a happy man know, holy shit it was good.
Which is good because I have had a crack hore of a week thus far, it was nice to turn it around like that.
