I’d have to say someone like Chris, my boyfriend. I mean, after so many years of knowing him and being together, I’d find it hard to really think of anybody else as the perfect ‘romantic partner.’ … As corny as that might sound.
I like guys who are honest, respectful, and someone I can trust in. Chris knows my dreams, my fears, who I want to be; I love having that trust in him that he’s the one I can turn to for anything, and he’ll be there. I like that he fights for what he wants, and he does all he can to go through with his goals, even if he almost gets killed in the process. Ok, so I’m not that crazy about the whole ‘almost getting killed’ part, which is something he most likely would do as crazy as it might sound to some, but I like that he’s so determined. He’s the example that chivalry is not dead, which is something that I’d also look in a guy, as old fashioned as that might sound.
The whole physical aspect is not a must, even if it is a plus. With Chris I got lucky, and I got all that I could ask for in a guy, and even more.
