Blinkie + Nativity in Black 2 = FAIL

"Nativity in Black 2" is the follow-up album to "Nativity in Black". Both are tributes by various bands to Black Sabbath. The bands cover Sabbath songs and the results are always amazing. I like NIB 2 because the styles are more eclectic. Busta Rhymes actually appears, performing alongside Ozzy Osbourne. HOW COOL IS THAT.

Anyway, as much as I love NIB 2, I try to avoid listening to it. Why? Because

Blinkie + Nativity in Black 2 = FAIL

Twice when I listened to the tape (yes, tape) while driving, I got into accidents (I sideswiped a jeep and I bumped a concrete post). The first time, I thought nothing of it. But the second time around, I linked the tape to my propensity for accidents. Added to that I always got honked at or made wrong turns whenever the tape was playing. So I kept it safely tucked away for a year. Seriously! I'm supersitious. I mean, this is Sabbath we're talking about. I would not be surprised if it's some weird portal to another dimension.

Straight to my frustration of the year. Last night, I made the horrible mistake of listening to one of the songs on Youtube - and I mistakenly erased four pages worth of personal messages a forum I'm on. They were from a dear friend too.

Here is a link to the song, if you're interested. It's one of the awesomest rock songs ever.
