really i'm just exercising like every day.... i haven't changed my diet too much actually. seriously though, every trick and fad diet and all that crap doesn't work, it all comes down to exersize. not too mention the 235446 other ways it benefits you. :)
yeah, i know what you mean, i've been like walking, but that's such a slooowww way to lose weight, i'm just going to join swimming like really, really soon, so that should help
i need to lose like 30/40/50...depressing:(
